Great meeting last week at the Royal Society of Medicine for our society BSRS. Wonderful speakers addressing topics such as preservation rhinoplasty, nasal tip geometry as well as philosophies of hump reduction. The real advantage of these meetings is that speakers are so experienced and willing to share that knowledge honestly.
