facial skin cancer

Interesting browsing the news feed on my phone this week.  I found  a "story" in The Sun which told of a young lady with facial skin cancer who underwent an operation to remove a lump on the side of her nose. This then needed a forehead and cheek flap to reconstruct the defect left after surgery. Its interesting because that is the sort of operation I do regularly, admittedly on older patients. Good news is that it looks like she had an excellent result.
